Our client wanted a cozy yet functional outdoor living space, centered around a gas-burning fireplace with a porcelain tile finish to match sleek black trims. We envisioned a warm and inviting area, complete with a cedar mantle and a Texas limestone hearth. To enhance the entertainment area, we also placed a TV, perfect for family game nights or watching the big game.
01. Deck & Fireplace Design
We crafted a TimberTech Pecan composite deck, centered around a gas-burning fireplace with a porcelain tile finish that complements the sleek black trims. The cedar mantle and Texas limestone hearth add warmth and rustic elegance.
02. Finishing Touches
The deck showcases TimberTech Pecan composite, complemented by a matching drink rail that caps the railing. Beneath, lattice deck skirting encloses the space, creating a polished look for the area, even though there's no outdoor living space below.
03. Privacy Wall & TV Setup
A custom privacy wall with an opening at the top allows for airflow while supporting a TV at a lower level, providing a comfortable viewing experience without blocking the breeze.
