OUR PAYMENT POLICY
Important info about making payment:
You will receive your initial invoice via email, which will include a link to make your payment. This simple process ensures quick and secure access to your billing details and payment options.
if paid by a credit card, Outdoor Makeover will get charged 4% from our payment processing partners. Unfortunately, this fee is not reversible even if the client asks for a refund to pay with an ACH. This is the Payment processing policy.
Payment Structure:
- 33% of the Contracted amount due at contract signing.
- 33% of the Contracted amount due at the start of the project.
- 34% of the Contracted amount is due after the job has been completed. (Final Walkthrough).
- Upgrades are billed 50% upon signing and the other 50% upon completion.

Referral Program:
Refer clients to us and receive 5% of their total project (up to $500) toward your next project. Whether your outdoor space inspires someone to upgrade theirs, they want a deck “just like yours”, or are inspired differently, just have them mention your referral for your bonus! This is in appreciation to you for your business, loyalty, and being great clients.
